The ideal candidate must possess a strong desire to learn and have excellent troubleshooting, oral and written communication skills. Level I Datacenter Technicians will play a crucial role in our support and engineering infrastructure, as this position calls for a full time, Data Center Support Technician to work exclusively onsite at our data center in El Segundo, California. Our data centers are manned around the clock; therefore, this position includes day, night, and weekend shifts.
The Microsoft Engineer should have at least 3 years experience as a System Administrator using Windows NT/2000/2003. Depending on individual skills, job responsibilities will vary, but system administration and troubleshooting skills are a must. Strong computer security background a plus.
The UNIX Engineer should have at least 3 years experience as a System Administrator using Debian Linux. Depending on individual skills, job responsibilities will vary, but system administration and troubleshooting skills are a must. Strong computer security background a plus.
The Technical Sales Person should be familiar with sales cycles involving the Internet, and be willing to engage in discussions with customers during all phases of the sales process. This typically includes detailed technical discussions with end-user technical staff and management. It is necessary to have the ability to analyze end-user business requirements in order to establish a proper understanding of customer needs. Candidates should ideally be from an enterprise, service, systems or network management background with good technical abilities on UNIX and Microsoft Products. Prior experience working in a dynamic, growing customer-focused company is a plus.
